Support Options

Knowledge Base:


We are building an extensive knowledge base for you to use to get answers to common questions. 

You should use this resource as your first option to obtain answers to user questions. 

If you do not find your answer here, you may submit a support ticket as described in the next section titled: Help Desk Support via email



Help Desk Support via email:


  1. Click on Customer Support in the top frame of the WAVSTAR platform
  2. Select Feedback and Support
  3. Enter your email in the "Requestor" field.  We will respond to this email address with an answer to your question or suggestion
  4. Enter a subject
  5. Enter the details of your issue or request

During regular business hours: 8 am - 6 pm Eastern time you can expect a response within 2 hours. 
Issues reported overnight that are not related to critical downtime situations will be addressed on the next business day.

Note some issues reported may take time to resolve.
Suggestions for new functionality will be considered for future development and software updates.
