When creating a spot that requires an Advertiser or Agency approval, a button will become available upon saving allowing you to send to the contact email for approval.

When you click button to send for review, a dialogue box will open for you to enter the subject of your email. The body of the email will pre-populate for you. You will notice that in the background an activity record is capturing this action.




Upon pressing the create email button, you will invoke your email client, opening the email for you to review, edit and send to the client.




The advertiser will receive an email with a link to the spot you wish them to review.  The advertiser will be able to view all the information relative to the spot, including the ability to view or listen to any video or audio file attached.  The advertiser will also be able to provide the Account Executive with feedback by email.  The Account Executive will receive this email notification in their inbox within the CRM system and the email address on their user profile.


The feedback from the advertiser will also be recorded within the production order within Comments section of the spot.
