The dashboard box provides the Traffic Manager a real-time view of the number of unscheduled sold contracts. As soon as a contract is sold, the traffic box instantly updates allowing the Traffic Manager to immediately enter sold contacts into the traffic system. The Traffic Manager can view the contract schedule and manually enter the information into their traffic system.

*If traffic integration is enabled within your environment, the Traffic Manager will only need to press an action icon button for the contract order to be entered electronically into the traffic system as a pending order.

The Traffic Manager can view a list of all unscheduled sold contracts, Production Orders and Spots by either clicking on the "Traffic" box or the car located on the left sidebar.

A click on the calendar icon under the "Action" column will provide a view of the schedule to be run. This schedule includes all the Proposal Details including Advertiser Information, Contract Information, Schedule, Stations, Traditional Broadcast Schedule, Non Traditional Revenue, Terms and Conditions, and Signature lines.

By clicking on the car icon under the "Action" column you will open the Traffic Scheduler

Once the Contract information has been manually entered into the traffic system, the traffic manager can click on the "Traffic Scheduler Car" button to note within the CRM that the contract has been scheduled. The dialogue box opens where a check can be placed in the box labeled "Scheduled in Traffic System", Notes can be added and then saved. Once saved, the dashboard box will update immediately as spots are scheduled.

The Traffic Manager has the ability to view and update the status of Production Orders and Spots.  The Traffic Manager will mark the Production Order/Spot(s) as scheduled when they have entered the sold contract to the Production Order into the traffic system.

The Traffic Manager will update the Spot Status on a Production Order when they have entered the contract schedule to the Production Order within the Traffic System.
