The Main Dashboard provides a comprehensive view.
The Account Executive Dashboard is a personalized view for this user to focus on their goals and to view and access important information quickly.
What you should know: You can navigate easily throughout the system via the dashboard or side bar.

Main Dashboard - Sales Results graph:
When you hover over the Sales Results you can view the amount of sold contracts for that month. By clicking on the graph you will open the Quote/Contracts page to view all the sold contracts for that month. When clicking on the wrench icon you can change your monthly view.
Dashboard - Open Quotes By Probability graph:
By hovering over a particular color reflecting a probability you will identify the number of quotes at that probability.
Quote/Contract Status graph:
By hovering over a particular color you will identify the number of contracts at that status.
Sales Overview:
The Sales Overview consists of four tabs, Account Exec. Summary, Lost Opportunities, Forecast By Probability, and Sales Forecast by A/E. (Your view will be dependent upon your permissions). A Sales Manager will see all A/E's and each A/E will see their own.
Production Overview:
The Production Overview provides alerts for production orders requiring attention. The color of the symbol reflects the amount of days left until your production due date deadline. 3=green, 2=yellow, 1 or past due = red.
