Most of the time you will be creating activities on behalf of your Advertiser or Agency using the activity icon from the Advertiser or Agency record.

You can also create an activity from the dashboard by entry through the Activities box or by clicking on "Create Activity" from the sidebar. This method is typically used when creating activities for other than an advertiser or agency.



Entry from the Activities box will open to the Activity screen where you can click on the "New Activity" button to open and create your activity.  Entry from the sidebar location will open directly to the "Create Activity" screen.

Activities created on behalf of an advertiser or agency will reflect the name of the advertiser or agency. when creating on behalf of a user that field will be left blank.



Create your activity by entering information, attaching files and/or links and save


You can choose the type of activity (call, email, meeting, etc.) from the drop-down list when you are creating an activity.  


Default Activity types are provided.  *The station group administrator can customize the drop-down list to add additional activity types.


To edit and update an Activity, simply make your changes and press "Save Activity" to save your changes.
