Viewing and editing ALL sold Contracts requires a special permission on your user profile. Typically this permission is given to a Traffic Manager, Group Sales Manager, Sales Manager and in some cases the Administrator.


A Traffic Manager has a real-time view of all sold contracts.  A Traffic manager has the ability to view and edit a contract. Accessing contracts is done by clicking on the gray dashboard box or the car from the left sidebar.

The ability to view sold contracts in real-time provides the Traffic Manager the ability to schedule contracts immediately instead of waiting for the production to be completed. 


From within the Traffic box, the contract view enables the Traffic Manager to do the following:

  • View an overview of all the sold contracts in real-time. 
  • Click on the contract or Advertiser link to see additional details. 
  • View the broadcast proposal by clicking on the calendar icon where the link will open the complete sold order to view, print.  
  • With traffic integration enabled the Traffic Manager can easily transmit the order to the traffic system by clicking on the Arrow Up icon.



The sold broadcast order entered by the Account Rep. can be entered into the traffic system by the Traffic Manager with no delay.


Once the broadcast order has been either electronically or manually entered into the traffic system, the Traffic Manager will click on the CAR icon, to open a dialogue box and check the box, add any notes (notes are not required), then save.  This helps to keep track of what has been logged into the traffic system and clears the traffic queue.

When Traffic integration is enabled, the Traffic Manager will press on the ARROW UP icon, which will electronically transmit the order to the traffic system.  The Traffic Manager will receive a confirmation that the transmission was successful.
