When E-Signature is turned on by your Administrator: A user can send a proposal/order to an Advertiser and/or to an Agency for review. The Advertiser and/or Agency has the ability to electronically sign the proposal/order.


The user sends the document by email. The recipient clicks on the link to open the proposal/order (example below). the recipient signs by using their mouse if on a PC or laptop. If signing on an iPad or phone they can sign by using their finger or other electronic writing tool.  The recipient then types in their name and presses the "Approve & Send" button.


Once the document has been signed, the A/E is immediately notified by email and the contract status automatically updates noting the client has digitally signed. An activity record is also generated recording this action.
