With Quote and/or Order Approvals turned on  -  a Sales user will submit a Contract Quote and/or Order for approval by using the drop down list under Contract Status, making selection and saving the contract.

Those users who are designated to approve such quotes and orders will receive an email notification within their station email and the CRM system inbox. The notification will alert the approver that a Quote and/or Order that is awaiting their review and approval.
