Learn More: Managing Users
IMPORTANT WHEN ADDING USERS:
*One of the most important parts of the user setup is selecting the role(s) they will be associated with. The role(s) control the users view and access to different areas within the system. You can use the User Role descriptions at the bottom of this page to assist you in determining which role(s) to assign to each user, depending on the functions they perform within the company.
*Note: A user may have one or MORE roles.
The User Roles are applied for each user as they are entered into the system. User roles can be edited by the Administrator at any time. By checking the box next to each description the user will have the functionality of that description within the system.
