In order to reset a user’s password, you must have the authority to do so, (To allow a user this authority, add "Administrator" permission to a user profile).

Administrators can reset a user password from the Company Admin Section - Manage Users


To reset a user password click on the pencil icon or user name to open user profile.



At the bottom of the page click the “Reset Password” button. This will send an email to the user containing a system generated password. The user will use this temporary password to log into the system. Upon logging into the system we recommend the user change their password to a password they will remember.
