As the Station Group Administrator you can perform many functions on behalf of the company. 


Note: you can have more than one administrator to handle these functions. Within the user role section of a user profile, simply check the box for Administrator to add this permission.

Within the Station Group Admin section you can:

  • Manage your company profile
  • Add and manage your company stations
  • Add, manage and assign default spot users
  • Reassign users (special permission given by Pam/Mike)
  • Import and export (special permission given by Pam/Mike)
  • Edit drop-down lists
  • Manage contract terms, dayparts, and non-traditional revenue
  • Turn on and off quote and order approval
  • Set revenue types, station goals, A/E goals
  • Customize Production tasks
  • Apply discount authority and Team structure
