As the Station Group Administrator you can perform many functions on behalf of the company.
Note: you can have more than one administrator to handle these functions. Within the user role section of a user profile, simply check the box for Administrator to add this permission.
Within the Station Group Admin section you can:
- Manage your company profile
- Add and manage your company stations
- Add, manage and assign default spot users
- Reassign users (special permission given by Pam/Mike)
- Import and export (special permission given by Pam/Mike)
- Edit drop-down lists
- Manage contract terms, dayparts, and non-traditional revenue
- Turn on and off quote and order approval
- Set revenue types, station goals, A/E goals
- Customize Production tasks
- Apply discount authority and Team structure
